Description of Resources tab

The Resources tab of LittleLMS allows you to view, search, and sort information regarding physical locations and trainers. It has a search feature, a table with lists of resources, and additional optional buttons at the bottom of the tab.

1. Search function

A. Search for a resource:

To search for a particular resource, enter the resource name (or part of the name) into the Search for box and click Search. LittleLMS will then give you a list of resources with the name you entered.

For example, if you're looking for all resources about Room 1.03, simply type in the word 'Room 1.03' into the Search for box. Then, click Search.

B. Filter your list of resources:

This option allows you to filter the resources you're searching for. To use the filter option, select one of the fields that appear in the and filter by list. Then, type in a term to search for in the next text box.

For example, if you are looking for all room 1.03, simply choose 'Type' from the and filter by list and type the word 'location' into the next box. Then click Search.

C. Reset Option:

Click Reset to clear Search and and filter by settings and take your list back to its original state.

2. The 'Resource' table contains the following fields:

• Resource: This is the name of the location or the trainer.

  TIP: Click the magnifying glass icon to see details about that particular resource.

• Type: The type category is the kind of resource listed (i.e. 'trainer', 'location', etc.)
• Code: The code is the internal tracking number or employee number for the location or trainer.

  TIP: Click the anchor icon to receive a code which you can select and copy and paste anywhere like on your blog or in an email to give people directions and a map for where that specific session will be held.

• Country: The country field describes where the resource is located.
• Location: Contains specific information on where the training is held or the trainer is located.
• Phone: Phone number for the trainer or the physical room where the training is held.

TIP: Click on the title of any column to sort results for that column.
