Description of My settings tab

The My settings tab allows you to view, and in some cases, edit your personal information and settings. The My settings tab has sections for Personal data, Organization/Company data, Location, and Settings.

1. Personal data:

In the Personal data section, you can view, and possibly edit, your personal information including 'Name', 'Email', and 'Phone Number'.

2. Organization/Company data:

In the Company data section, you can view, and possibly edit, your company information including 'Company', 'Title', 'ID' (usually pre-assigned), and 'Manager'.

NOTE: some labels might not be visible or might be different (e.g. 'School' rather than 'Company' or 'Supervisor' rather than 'Manager' as your site administrator defines them).

3. Location:

In the Location section, you can view, and possibly edit, your location information including 'Address', 'City', 'Postcode', and 'Country'.

4. Settings:

In the Settings section, you can reset your password by clicking Reset. You'll then receive an email message that includes instructions for resetting your password.

You can change your screen color and font style by selecting a new style from the Style drop down menu (i.e. 'Rock', 'Water', or 'Pasture'; styles are defined by the site administrator).

5. To save all of your edits, click the Save settings button at the bottom left corner of the screen.

NOTE: A Padlock icon next to a field means that you cannot edit it; if you still need to change something, please contact your site administrator.
