The Notice Messages area is used for reminding you of some tasks you need to complete and will show up as a yellow highlighted bar at the top of the My Curriculum tab. In some cases, you'll see the following message that reminds you to provide feedback for a course that you've taken: "You have attended a course for which you need to provide some feedback!"
1. Click the Feedback link (or the Medal icon).
In the first table, you see some basic information about the course that you attended (i.e. 'course', 'Family', 'Session', 'Language', 'Trainer', and 'Location').
NOTE: Your feedback is anonymous, neither the site administrator nor the trainer will be able to relate to your statements (unless your written comments identify you personally, of course).
2. In the next 'Your Rating' table, you see a series of statements followed by five options as shown below:
3. To provide feedback, check the option you agree with for each statement.
4. In the next section, please write about some of the things that you liked about the session.
5. In the last table, write about what suggestions or changes you have about the course. Also, this is where you can make any other comments or suggestions that you might have to change or improve.
6. When you're all done, click Submit -- you've now provided feedback for your course. You'll then be re-directed to the My Curriculum tab. The word 'Attended' should now appear in the course's Status column.
